The hotel's location was ideal for us, as we were attending an event in the nearby mountain bike area. It was convenient to have a Harrietville cafe and The General pub at Mount Hotham within easy reach. The staff provided excellent service, ensuring our basic needs were met, including a room equipped for medical machines. The breakfast offered was satisfying and gave us the energy we needed for our activities.
The bathroom could use some improvement in terms of space and layout.

Great Location with amazing views and very quiet which is perfect to relax and enjoy the surroundings. the room had a well, equipped kitchenette and plenty of space for personal belongings. the staff at the restaurant was friendly and the meals were well, cooked which made the dining experience enjoyable.
Limited toiletries and no dishwashing supplies provided in the room, which made it hard for me to clean after myself. the extra bedding was not provided even though the night was cooler than expected.
